2007 Annual Conference

We had a great time in Las Vegas! We hope you were able to attend.

On this page you will find information about the 2007 Conference. Some of the key highlights from the conference included:

On Thursday at the start of the conference we had a True Colors café which was a successful way of starting the conference and generating energy and enthusiasm for the conference. We will followed that on Friday by breaking up in small groups in the areas of education, government, healthcare, non-profit, consulting, small-business, and youth services. The purpose of this activity was to dialogue about the different ways you are each using True Colors successfully.

In the evaluations from the 2006 conference many people expressed an interest in more training to help Facilitators and Trainers market their True Colors seminars and run their own True Colors consulting business. So to address that request we added an entire series of breakout sessions on business-related topics. A special treat turned out to be some excellent business training by Heidie Rosado from Puerto Rico and from Sabrina Jackson from Michigan.

At lunch on Thursday we heard from Iain Saul, President of True Colors International, who talked very openly with the group about some of the problems there had been this year at True Colors and what they were doing about it. Iain graciously provided a special treat, a True Colors Live Show on Thursday morning!

Mary Miscisin, author of the True Colors best selling book, Showing Our True Colors, gave a repeat performance of her certification training, True Communication as well as being our closing motivational speaker at the dinner on Friday where she gave her talk on “Paving the Road to Success.”
