Cancellation Policy:
Room reservations must be made by March 4, 2008. Conference cancellations must be made in writing (e-mail is sufficient). Cancellations before March 31, 2008, are subject to a $25 administration fee. Cancellations received from March 31 through May 12, 2008, will be refunded 50 percent of the registration fee. Cancellations received after May 12, 2008 are nonrefundable.

If you would prefer, we are now able to handle payment through PAYPAL. If you have a paypal account, you can go to www.paypal.com and make a payment using the ITCA paypal email address: conferencepayment@truecolorsassociation.org. This will allow you to pay your $200 fee online directly out of your checking or savings account or with a credit card, depending on how you have set up your personal paypal account.
