Are you a certified True Colors Facilitator or Trainer? Do you work or serve students at a college or university? Than you know the many unusual opportunities where True Colors could be used on a college campus that don’t fit the 3 hour Basic Awareness Seminar as it was designed. This conference will focus on many of the diverse ways True Colors is now being used in Higher Ed and how ITCA members have adapted True Colors to meet these needs. We also plan on working as a group to explore new ways True Colors can be used to increase retention, provide academic and career advising, improve communication between students, faculty and staff, and for scientific research!
