We the members of this Association believe that differences in human behavior patterns create natural obstacles to clear interpersonal communication. The results often block understanding between people of different personality types. True Colors provides a clear, fundamental and universal way of translating complicated individual perspectives to help overcome the barriers to progress. We believe that establishing a firm foundation in the knowledge and language of True Colors will: create a common voice for relating to one another, develop stronger leaders, create synergy in a more accepting and supportive environment, increase communication and collaboration, and enhance the learning environment and individual quality of life.
It is the goal of this association to provide opportunities for promoting and developing cooperation between members; to develop a high degree of professionalism in the facilitation of True Colors workshops and seminars; to promote research and the exchange of information needed to continually develop our knowledge of True Colors and it’s use in improving interpersonal communication; and to extend assistance to the membership in the development of areas of professional expertise.
It is the ultimate goal of this group to increase the use of the True Colors personality typing system throughout the world.
