Conference Registration Fees $200
(Early Bird Special - before June 15, is $175)

Cancellation Policy:
Conference cancellations must be made in writing (e-mail is sufficient). Cancellations before June 15, 2008, are subject to a $25 administration fee. Cancellations received from June 15 through July 11, 2008, will be refunded 50 percent of the registration fee. Cancellations received after July 11, 2008 are nonrefundable.

Payment:
Payment must follow registration. Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail.
